WELCOME TO RENKEIDO JUDO KWAI
The club was established more than 10 years ago by Ted Evans In Taverham Middle School. We moved to Thorpe Marriott Village hall In 2002. Since then the Club has gone from strength to strength, with new enquiries every week.

Renkeido has attained school club links with Ormiston Victory Academy Costessey
The club instructors have completed a six week after school club which has proved very successful. The after School club will carry on after the Easter break when further funding will Licence the new players
This year has been very promising with great results and following by both Junior and senior Judoka.
In November 2011 the club had Oliver Swanepoel at the Commonwealth Trails Oliver was knocked out in the first round But did well to maintain in his Contest.
Oliver also attended Littleport in October with Runa Berstead Frengen, both player excelled Oliver came in 5th place and Runa came 1st with a great finish and took the Gold.
November was also the month for Promotion examinations see attached list of promotions
With 1st Kyu promotions to Oliver Swanepoel and Liam Howes
Our Christmas Disco and trophy presentation was held on December 21st everyone had a great time and Father Christmas visited to distribute selection boxes to all juniors
With a great start to the year the club goes from strength to strength with new Senior starting nearly every week. This is very good for the club and is adding strength to the adult team.
The AGM this year said goodbye to Damon Williams who has been the Sectretary for three terms in office. Our thanks go to Damon and his family for their efforts over the past five years. Ted Evans handed over the Chairman’s role to Stan Swanepoel
